Cardiva, a Spanish company specialized in the distribution of medical technology, has closed 2025 with a record turnover of 140.7 million euros, as a result of its commitment to international expansion and the development of new business lines. This figure represents a 34 % increase in turnover compared to 2024, when it stood at 105 million euros.

This past year was marked by the consolidation of Cardiva Portugal, the acquisition of 100% of the Italian company IQ Medical and the incorporation of the Digestive and Urology area into the Interventional Therapies division.

In addition, the results show an improvement in the performance of all the company’s other divisions: Interventional Cardiology, Pain Management, Clinical, Neurovascular, Traumatology and Vascular Surgery, Endovascular and Cardiac.

Social commitment through sports, health and charitable action

Throughout 2025, the company has developed an intense Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity focused on supporting social, sports, cultural and humanitarian initiatives linked to people’s health and well-being. During this time, Cardiva has collaborated with more than fifteen projects in different areas, as part of a way of understanding the company connected to its environment and attentive to the closest social needs.

Sports have been one of the pillars of our social commitment, through support for initiatives related to rowing, grassroots soccer and cycling, disciplines aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles. Along the same lines, Cardiva has supported other challenges linked to physical exercise and self-improvement, such as that of Luis Bárcena, open water swimmer, who completed the Channel swim, and the HUCA 2025 Race, which combines sport and health awareness, with the involvement of healthcare professionals, patients and citizens.

Direct assistance to those in need

In this period, Cardiva has paid special attention to the consequences of the DANA that affected the Valencian Community, collaborating with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation in a solidarity initiative linked to the Women’s Race. This action made it possible to channel support to the people affected by the storm, reinforcing our commitment to emergency situations and social needs within our own country.

The company also collaborated with the Menudos Corazones Foundation in the #MenudaGalleta initiative, a solidarity action that transformed the participation of CSC Congress attendees into direct support for children with congenital heart disease and their families.

Another highlight was the participation in the project ‘Llena sus mochilas de ilusión’ of Mensajeros de la Paz, aimed at providing school supplies and basic resources to children in vulnerable situations.

Culture and international cooperation

In the cultural field, Cardiva has supported projects such as the Cristóbal Balenciaga Foundation and the reprinting of the Oteiza Museum guide, understanding culture as an element that contributes to social cohesion and access to knowledge.

Internationally, the company has maintained its collaboration with Africa Directo and the Alliance for Child Vaccination, contributing to improving access to vaccines in countries with fewer resources and supporting health programs in especially vulnerable contexts.

“At Cardiva, we believe that our responsibility as a company is not limited to our daily activities. It involves being present when needed and supporting initiatives that respond to specific needs,” the company says. With this line of work, Cardiva consolidates in 2025 a way of understanding CSR based on coherence with its activity and its social commitment.
