Treo®

Treo® is a low-profile (18 or19 Fr depending on the diameter of the proximal seal), tri-modular endoprosthesis that has a Dacron bifurcated body with self-expanding nitinol stents arranged in a Z pattern, where the proximal stent is uncovered. Unlike other endoprosthesis it has a double active fixation with suprarenal and infra-renal hooks that only come into action when the aorta presents infra-renal angulation. Treo® is indicated for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms.

This endoprosthesis has exclusive lock stent technology preventing disconnection between modules. The branches of the bifurcated body have a stent with blunt anchorages to hook onto the extension of the branch in situ. It is worth noting that the diameter of each branch of the bifurcated body is always 14 mm. Also, Treo®   allows a minimum and a maximum overlap between the bifurcated body and the branch extensions.

Treo®  has cuffs for proximal extension where necessary or to use individually depending on the distinct anatomies. These cuffs are available in several lengths:

  • 40 mm with 1 intermediate stent.
  • 55 mm with 1 intermediate stent.
  • 70 mm with 2 intermediate stents.

Characteristics

  • Radiopaque markers on the bifurcated body and on the branches.

    • 10 mm length with angle of≤ 60º and diameters of 17 – 30 mm
    • 15 mm length with angle of between 60º and 75º and diameters of 16 – 30 mm
  • Use in iliac artery necks of:
    • 8 – 13 mm diameter with a minimum length of 10 mm.

Treo® AUI

Treo aui

Treo® Aorto Uni Iliac (AUI) is a low-profile 19Fr endoprosthesis, composed of an AUI body (a single branch) so as to maintain the blood flow to the right or left iliac artery, a distal extension branch and an occluder that is placed in the iliac artery on the other side to prevent the retrograde perfusion of the aneurysmatic sac. The framework of these three components is Dacron with self-expandable nitinol stents arranged in a Z pattern, and the AUI body also has a uncovered proximal stent. Treo® AUI is indicated for the treatment of abdominal aneurysms where bifurcated bodies cannot be used.

Unlike other endoprosthesis it has a double active fixation with suprarenal and infra-renal hooks that only come into action when the aorta presents infra-renal angulation

Specifications:

  • AUI body available of 100 mm and diameters of 20 – 36 mm.
  • Occluder:
    • Lengths of 31 – 33 – 35 mm.
    • Diameters of 8 – 10 – 12 – 14 – 17 – 20 – 24 mm.
